“We've had zero people illegally coming in to our country from the border”
FALSE
What the record shows
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) reported 55,009 apprehensions at the southwest border in December 2024 alone. Monthly apprehensions have not been zero in any recent month. CBP Southwest Border Apprehensions data, monthly, 2024.
CBP data shows tens of thousands of monthly apprehensions at the southwest border, contradicting the claim of zero illegal crossings.
