What the record shows
Obama administration spent $35.3 million on Reflecting Pool reconstruction (2010-2012). Biden administration conducted no major work. Trump administration's contract awarded at $13.1 million (later increased to at least $14.8 million).
Trump's cost is lower than Obama's, but Biden did no major work on the pool. Grouping both administrations misrepresents Biden's role.
