The 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act reduced federal revenues by ~$1.5T over 10 years (CBO estimate). Average household tax cuts were ~$1,200 in 2018, declining over time. The 1981 Reagan tax cuts (as % of GDP) were larger. No official source confirms 'largest in history' by standard measures.
