What the record shows
Trump Accounts are permanent (no sunset date) and can be opened for any U.S. citizen child under 18 with a Social Security number. However, the $1,000 federal seed deposit is limited to U.S. citizens born 2025-2028. Accounts convert to traditional IRAs at age 18.
